Message: Alright, so I bought a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 400 as my first bike from these guys over a year ago, June 2021. I haven't been in for any service on it, I've enjoyed wrenching on it myself, but the sales environment was chill. Sat on a bunch of bikes I couldn't afford at the time, gave a young guy a sale, and started my great adventure. I went to a few other bike shops in Lansing before-hand and they just didn't seem as refined or nice as this place. I have over 4000 miles on my odometer, and I still wear my Full Throttle t-shirt! 5/4/2023 Update- Bike still going strong, no drops no accidents, still haven't been back, but Full Throttle calls/texts me once or twice a year to make sure everything is still good with the bike, which I think is really cool. Might just be an attempt to get more money, but they don't ever bombard me they just check in at the beginning of season or w/e. Super chill, if I needed any help I'd be happy to go back! I've done a slip-on muffler as you can see in the picture and I recently put some Michelin Road 6 tires on it. It's not likely, but if I ever decided to buy another new bike, this would be one of the first places I go to. From what I remember their used inventory isn't bad either.
